Spinach and three cheese lasagne


Mmm, Italy!

Ingredients

1 tsp of  oil
2 onions
1 garlic
300g tomatoes
1 tsp of dried basil
290g spinach
330g cottage cheese
20g parmesan cheese
190g  lasagne sheets
45g mozzarella cheese



How to cook:

1. Heat oven to 250ÂșC.

2. Cook the onion and garlic in pan with oil.

3. After that add some tomatoes and other green stuff.

4. Cook spinach leaves with oil for 10 minutes.

5. Add cheese and parmesan to spinach.

6. Cook for 30 minutes with all ingredients mixed together.

Time: 45 mins
Serves: 3

Pumpkin soup


Pumpkin soup is a very unique and healthy diet meal if you're willing to lose weight or stay in shape. But it's also a very tasty soup with lots of vitamins, that help you to keep the energy for the day.

Ingredients

2 tbsp of oil
1 large onion
2 garlic clove
450g pumpkin
1 large carrot
2 large sweet potato
1 pint of vegetable stock
3 tbs pumpkin seeds
2 tbs creme


How to cook:

1. Heat the oil in a pan and add some garlic and onion later.

2. After that just add your pumpkin, potatoes and carrots.

3. Simmer for 25 minutes.

4. Blend all.

5. Pour into bowl and add some creme.
