Spicy chilli beef wrap


A great meal for those who want to stay in shape. Low calories, but tasty as hell. Wraps are always a nice way to dine if you are hungry, but want to eat healthy and keep your diet. Simple and fast recipe!

Ingredients
1 onion
2 garlic clove
250g lean mince beef
1 beef stock cube
1  tomatoes
3 tbs tomato puree
1 tbs dried chilli flakes
4 tortillas
4 tbs  sour cream
1 lettuce



How to cook:

1. Put onions and garlic into heated oven and grill for 5 minutes until it changes color

2. Prepare your tomatoes and chilli flakes by chopping them.

3. Put everything into warm tortillas and add some creme and other ingredients if you want.

Time: 35 mins
Serves: 4

Pumpkin soup


Pumpkin soup is a very unique and healthy diet meal if you're willing to lose weight or stay in shape. But it's also a very tasty soup with lots of vitamins, that help you to keep the energy for the day.

Ingredients

2 tbsp of oil
1 large onion
2 garlic clove
450g pumpkin
1 large carrot
2 large sweet potato
1 pint of vegetable stock
3 tbs pumpkin seeds
2 tbs creme


How to cook:

1. Heat the oil in a pan and add some garlic and onion later.

2. After that just add your pumpkin, potatoes and carrots.

3. Simmer for 25 minutes.

4. Blend all.

5. Pour into bowl and add some creme.
