Ingredients
300g lean roast beef
5 salad leaves
2 alfalfa sprouts
3 tomatoes
12 olives
1 onion
150g bacon
4 tsp of olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
How to cook:
1. Cut the roast beef.
2. Rinse the leaves and alfalfa sprouts, after that dice the tomatoes and cut the olives into quarters. Don't forget about onions.
3. Heat a k frying pan to a high heat and place the bacon. Cook until crisp.
4. Put all ingredients in a large bowl. Add some oil and lemon juice.
