Cheese and bacon baked potato


Ingredients:

4 large potatoes
5 spring onions
1 large leek, sliced
2 tsp of olive oil
4 bacon rashers
140g Philadelphia light
1 tbsp of reduced fat crème fraiche
2 tsp of paprika



How to cook:

1. Place potatoes into an oven, 250C and wait for 40 minutes until it's cooked.

2. Grill the bacon and cut it into strips. And also cook some onion on heated grill.

3. Open a little bit of potato and put there grilled bacon, onions and some butter!
