Why do we love vegetables and fruits?


Vegetables and fruits are the most important part of a diet and health recipes. The majority of your daily portion of food must contain those ingredients. BUT the meat is also important, especially if you are an energetic, independent and modern woman. You can't go wrong with fruits and vegetables, cause they are the part of nature and meat is the most powerful ingredient if you want to over come all your fears in life.

So, go get yourself a big steak... kidding :) Just have a little piece of it and of course don't forget about salad! Diet recipes are not hard, just be patience cooking them adding your love and you will be always healthy!
